Clear scope before code, clear handover after launch.

Each proposal defines the deliverables that fit the project. Depending on scope, this may include requirements, interface designs, software, database structure, deployment, testing, documentation, training, and agreed handover materials.

Busara Digital provides a 60-day bug-fix warranty from final project submission. Operational support, new features, and further improvements are planned under a separate support or maintenance agreement.

Useful answers before you start a project.

How is project scope defined?

We begin by understanding the business problem, users, workflows, priorities, and constraints. The agreed scope is documented in the proposal before development begins.

How long will a project take?

Timelines depend on scope, integrations, feedback speed, and the required deliverables. A practical timeline and milestones are agreed after discovery rather than promised before the work is understood.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the work required, project timeline, features, integrations, deliverables, and ownership terms. A project that includes source-code transfer is priced to reflect that additional value.

Who owns the source code?

Source-code ownership and handover are defined in the proposal and contract. Where source code is included, its value forms part of the agreed project price.

How are progress and changes managed?

Clients receive milestone demonstrations before final delivery. Any change request is discussed for its impact on scope, timeline, and cost before it is added to the plan.

What support is available after launch?

Final project submission includes a 60-day bug-fix warranty. Ongoing operations, improvements, and new feature work are available through a separate agreement.
